These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revolvir. By creating an account or using the Revolvir platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Revolvir.
Revolvir is a web-based AI content management platform that helps creators and businesses manage, analyse, and plan their social media content. The platform is provided "as is" and we may update, improve, or change features over time.
Revolvir does not post content to social media platforms on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all content you publish.
Age eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Revolvir. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older. This confirmation is a self-declaration and does not constitute verified proof of age. The service is not directed at children and must not be used by anyone under 18.
The Revolvir Pioneer Edition is an early-access membership available to founding members. As a Pioneer Member, you receive:
Pioneer pricing and benefits apply only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing at that time will apply.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You will receive a reminder email before your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account Settings with no charge.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.99 USD. Your payment will appear on your bank or card statement as REVOLVIR.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Your account may be suspended if payment remains outstanding after a reasonable grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Revolvir until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@revolvir.com and we will investigate promptly.
You agree not to use Revolvir to:
Revolvir applies a content-safety layer that screens requests before generation and publishing, supplementing the safety filters of its AI providers and the policies of destination social platforms. This layer is a heuristic first filter and is not a complete moderation solution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspension preserves your existing subscription, credits and content while revoking access to protected features; you remain responsible for any charges accrued before suspension.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Revolvir. By uploading content, you grant Revolvir a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating your Revolvir account.
The Revolvir platform, including its design, software, features, and branding, is owned by Revolvir and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
AI-generated content created using Revolvir tools is yours to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolvir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Revolvir is provided as a tool to assist your content strategy. We do not guarantee specific results, growth in followers, or engagement improvements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Revolvir after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you encounter content on Revolvir that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it to us at support@revolvir.com. Please include the content reference and your account email. We review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, or restrict access to generation and publishing features, in line with our Acceptable Use provisions.
Revolvir Ltd is the provider of this service. Where we become aware of content that appears to be illegal, including content involving the sexual exploitation of children, we may report it to the appropriate authorities.
