1. Who we are

Revolvir is a web-based AI content management platform. When this policy refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Revolvir.

Age eligibility and children's privacy

Revolvir is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to create an account. At registration we ask you to self-declare that you are 18 or older; this is a self-declaration and is not verified proof of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact support@revolvir.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

2. What information we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use Revolvir:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Profile information: Business name, niche, platforms you post on, posting frequency, and brand preferences you provide during onboarding or in Settings.
• Content you upload: Posts, captions, images, videos, and documents you import into your Revolvir library.
• Payment information: Billing and subscription details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are held by Stripe under their own security standards.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the platform.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Revolvir service.
• Personalise your dashboard, recommendations, and Content DNA profile.
• Process your subscription payments and send billing-related communications.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns and feedback.
• Send you important service updates and, where you have consented, product news.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models for any purpose other than powering your own Revolvir experience.

4. AI processing of your content

Revolvir uses artificial intelligence to analyse the content you upload in order to build your Content DNA, generate recommendations, and create new content ideas. This processing is performed on your behalf and is governed by the terms of our AI infrastructure providers.

Your uploaded content is used solely to provide the Revolvir service to you. It is not shared with other users or used to train general AI models beyond what your chosen AI provider requires to operate.

Content-safety processing. Before AI generation and before publishing, Revolvir runs a server-side content-safety scan on the text of your requests (prompts, captions and scripts). This scan checks for prohibited content such as pornography, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual exploitation, and may block a request before any generation or charge occurs. For uploaded images analysed through our vision feature, the analysis may also return a safety flag. These safeguards are heuristic and supplement, but do not replace, the safety policies of our AI providers and destination social platforms. The scan operates on the text you submit and does not profile your identity.

5. How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure provided by trusted third-party services. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

6. Cookies

Revolvir uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in to your account.
• Remember your preferences.
• Understand how the platform is used (analytics).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party advertising networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the platform.

7. Third parties

We share data with the following categories of trusted third parties, only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• AI infrastructure providers: To power content analysis, recommendations, and generation features.
• Cloud hosting providers: To store and serve the application and your data.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction: Ask us to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report content you believe violates our Terms by emailing support@revolvir.com. We may suspend accounts that breach our Terms; suspension preserves your existing subscription, credits and content while revoking access to protected features. Where we become aware of content that appears to be illegal, including content involving the sexual exploitation of children, we may report it to the appropriate authorities.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Revolvir after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
